Villa Caterina is surrounded by greenery, with a big garden and a wide terrace with lake view. This Villa is composed of 3 floors. On the ground floor there's a little bathroom with shower and a laundry with washing and drying machine.

On the first floor, where you'll find the entrance, there's a TV room with a big sofa bed, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen looking on the garden. On the same floor a bathroom with bathtube and shower and a little bedroom beside the TV-room.

On the second floor under the roof a double bedroom and a sofa bed looking on a big terrace with lake view.
